AND KINKIDS CHARITY:
It has come to our attention that a Report on the South Yorkshire Police site that the Head of The Kinkids Charity has to day been charged with CSE crimes.
Clearly RAE / and the Slamfest team cannot maintain support for an Organisation that while having done fantastic work in highlighting the problems faced by those often having to pick up the pieces of CSE crime in Rotherham should now find themselves charged with crimes against young people.
Where possible we will be removing all advertising and their permission to make a collection at Slamfest 2015 has been removed.
We forge relationships with organisations in goodwill - and while we are not in position to judge we feel that under the circumstances and in view of the demands made on many people in a similar position we create a distance between ourselves and Kinkids.
